About
Founded in 2019 by a group of internal medicine and regenerative specialists, Lisbon Longevity Institute serves long-haul travellers and Europe-based executives looking for evidence-led peptide protocols. The clinic operates out of a restored townhouse on Avenida da Liberdade, with on-site compounding partnerships in Cascais and direct relationships with two of Portugal's leading research pharmacies. Patients begin with a 90-minute baseline workup — bloodwork, body composition, and a structured intake covering travel patterns, prior peptide use, and goals — before any protocol is prescribed. The team is openly peptide-friendly, publishes its sourcing standards on its site, and accepts international patients with English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish consultations available.

Travel-Specific FAQ
Border-friction questions, answered upfront
- Do you provide a signed letter for customs?
- Yes — every travel consultation at Lisbon Longevity Institute includes a signed medical travel letter on clinic letterhead, listing your prescribed peptides, dosing schedule, and physician contact details. Letters are issued in English plus the local language where relevant.
- Are your vials labeled with my legal passport name?
- Yes. All vials are dispensed with pharmacy labels carrying your full legal passport name, physician name, prescription number, and storage instructions — fully compliant with international border mandates.
- Do you support cold-chain transit packaging?
- Reconstituted peptides require 2–8°C handling. We dispense lyophilized powder where possible for travel resilience, and provide insulated transit packaging with temperature indicators for longer trips on request.
- Can I do a follow-up consultation while abroad?
- Yes — telehealth follow-ups are available across most jurisdictions. Initial consultations may require an in-person visit depending on local prescribing law in your country of residence.
