Our Trust Score is an objective metric based on four key pillars of clinical integrity:

Third-party HPLC/Mass Spec results are on file and reviewed by our network.

Verifiable reviews from real travelers, not anonymized marketing text.

A clean record in the SOS Failure Registry regarding cold chain or logistics.

Proof of a legitimate business license and registered medical director.

Platinum (90–100)

Lab verified, 50+ reviews, and 2+ years of consistent community trust.

Gold (75–89)

Lab verified, 20+ reviews, and at least 1 year in the practitioners directory.

Silver (60–74)

Lab verified with at least 5 community check-ins.

Bronze (40–59)

Self-reported data currently pending full audit and verification.
